Get To Know Me

My first real foray into photography started at 10 years old with a trip to Egypt in early 2009. I was given a camera by my uncle and came back with all kinds of pictures of what was to me a foreign land. In 2022, I decided to resume photography in earnest by photographing what was easily accessible to me, that being my home state of South Carolina. I started with my phone at first but have since moved on and up to a Nikon 35mm Film Camera with all the bells and whistles a decent film camera should have. Plus lenses, tripods, flashes, etc. I'm very grateful for all of the time I've been able to spend on the road travelling to so many of the towns and cities that built and supported this state, and continue to do so. I've also been fortunate enough to take my camera to North Carolina, Georgia, Washington DC, and New York City. I'm looking forward to travelling more and seeing more of the country and world as time goes on! 

I love music! I like something from just about every genre but generally you'll catch me at a show for a heavier band. Drums are my instrument of choice when it comes to my own playing. I've also got a catalog of electronic music released under my name. I have an appreciation for all things old as my photos would suggest and that translates to a modest collection of antiques and a less modest collection of coins. I like a good malt shake, mixed in my vintage Hamilton Beach mixer, made with my own homemade ice cream.
